Office Alteration - Buchanan, Westchester
Partial interior alteration of an existing 19,400 sq.ft. third floor office building. Reconfigured
15,500 sq.ft. and created open office space, kitchenette/break room, and conference rooms.
Created new unisex accessible bathroom. Construction cost +$1 million dollars.

Security Guard Complex - Buchanan, Westchester
Interior alteration of an existing 6400 sq.ft. floor area into offices, assembly area for 60 people, kitchenette and locker rooms. Men’s and women’s bathrooms were renovated; accessible toilet
was created. Construction cost +$1 million dollars.

Office Alteration - Buchanan, Westchester
Interior alteration of an existing 12,600 sq.ft. floor area. Created open office space using
manufactured work stations. Added kitchenette and conference rooms. Made existing men ‘s
and women’s bathrooms accessible . Made the main entrance door accessible by adding a ramp. Construction cost +$1 million dollars.

Tool Storage Area - Buchanan, Westchester
Reconfigure 3500 sq.ft. tool storage room. Converted 2370 sq.ft. into maintenance work stations, laboratory room, kitchenette, and conference room.

Public Access Building - Buchanan, Westchester
Conceptual design for a new 5000 sq.ft. building attached to an existing 4800 sq.ft. building.

Cafeteria Renovation - Buchanan, Westchester
Renovation of an existing cafeteria. Design new layout for 2200 sq.ft. commercial kitchen.
Reuse of the existing appliances and installing new. Installation of complete new commercial
kitchen exhaust system.

Sushi Restaurant - TX
Converted 900 s.f. residence into a Sushi Bar (zone conversion ) , 400 s.f. dining area,
private dining room, kitchen, dining deck with ADA ramp, 2 ADA Restrooms.

Retail Center - TX
Added 3,445 s.f. to existing 5,850 s.f. steel frame with metal siding retail and warehouse
structure. Subdivided the addition into storefronts. Finished façade with stucco. Added
covered walkway, parking area and green space, and brought in conformance to all codes.

Auto Dealership - TX
Renovated existing outdated 60's style 1,972 s.f. showroom and its 2,244 s.f. metal rear
warehouse. It was upgraded into a coherent single structure with stucco finish as per
Ford-Lincoln-Mercury requirements. Designed an "Eagle's Nest" conference room above
the parts department with a window overlooking the showroom.

Retail - TX
C-Side Decorating, Inc. flooring and tile store. New steel frame and metal building faced with Hardieboard stucco finish, 2,800 s.f. showroom and 2,000 s.f. warehouse.

Restaurant - Peekskill, Westchester
Conversion of an existing 1000 s.f. vacant commercial space into a full service restaurant
with dining area and commercial kitchen. Obtained approval from Historic, Landmark and
Preservation Board and Planning Board for new façade sign and façade works.

Gas Station and Convenience Store - TX
New 3,840 s.f. concrete block store and gas pump stations and its parking area.
Project included a small manager's dwelling on the same lot behind the facility.

Restaurant - TX
Renovated existing 4,200 s.f. ranch style concrete block building into a coastal style with
stucco veneer. Added ADA ramp.

Office - Briarcliff Manor, Westchester
Converted existing one story 1500 s.f. barber shop and Bike shop into a real estate office.

Auto Body and Repair Shop - Jamaica, Queens, NY
Major gut renovation of a 2400 s.f. floor area which was destroyed by fire.
Created new office space separated from the shop by two hour fire separation.
Installed new central HVAC system for the office area.

Fitness Center - Ossining, Westchester
Converted an existing 1400 s.f. floor area into a personal fitness center. Heavy exercise
equipments required reinforcement of existing wood floor joist. Installed sound isolation
barrier in the floor. Added new ADA toilet and a shower.

Historic Preservation - St. Christopher's Inc. Dobbs Ferry, Westchester
Replaced all original windows and installed new split air conditioning system in the
administration building, a historic mansion along the Hudson River.

Clinic Rehabilitation - St. Christopher's Inc. Dobbs Ferry, Westchester
Renovated an infirmary into a modern medical clinic for teenaged children.

Office - St. Christopher's Inc. Bronx, NY
Interior alteration of a raw space on the second floor of an existing office building.
Installed new HVAC system.

Medical Office - St. Christopher's Inc. Bronx
Converted a raw space on the first floor of an existing office building into a medical clinic for children.

Group Home - St. Christopher's Inc. Bronx
Converted a single family house into a Group Home for teenaged children under the custody
of NY State Children Administration. New USE required installation of a fire alarm system
designed by architect.
